The Learning Child Home Care

TLChc is proudly owned and operated by Amy Phillips, a devoted early childhood educator with a passion for nurturing young minds. Amy has been caring for children since 1998 and became a licensed childcare provider in 2008. With a Bachelor’s degree in Early Education and Care, Amy blends experience, warmth, and a whole lot of love into everything she does.

TLChc is a large family childcare program serving children from infancy through age 5. We focus on high-quality, play-based learning in a cozy, consistent environment where children feel safe, supported, and free to explore. Our team is fully certified through the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care and is committed to creating days full of laughter, learning, and love.​
